Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, from Mondays to Fridays. Generally our customers are able to receive their orders within 3-5 working days (Penisular Malaysia) / 3-7 working days (East Malaysia) from the day of order confirmation. However, there may be some minor delay in delivery of orders placed during peak season.

Benda only accept international orders from Singapore at the moment. For International orders from other countries, please contact us with your intended shopping cart & your shipping address, we will get back to you on shipping options for your consideration before proceeding with the order.

Shipments to Singapore may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. BENDA is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
One of our priorities as a brand is to ensure that you can enjoy your online order as quickly as possible. Due to the current situation, we cannot guarantee that delivery times will be met with the rigor and punctuality we strive to offer.

Your parcel is sent out directly from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur with DHL ecommerce. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with your tracking number. You can use your tracking number to track your order with DHL ecommerce here.
